Passionate About Helping Others Heal
On my journey to maneuver and grow from life’s experiences and to find relief from almost constant inner pain, I sought the help of a life coach. Working with her has been key to my personal and spiritual growth and, sometimes, key to my ability to stay focused and grounded on my path.
My desire to heal and cultivate a deeper relationship with my Self is now my passionate desire to assist others on a similar path. My journey has led me to become a a certified Diving Healing Practitioner, a Holistic Coach certified through Duke Integrative Medicine and a Reiki III Practitioner.
In my work, I draw upon all of these experiences and trainings to provide individual healing sessions, coaching, guided meditations and workshops.

I work remotely via Zoom or phone.

Outside of work, some of my favorite activities include hiking, running, being at the ocean with my family and drumming.
